Positive: The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are amazing and clean. Elevator is smooth fast and I can't even tell it moved. Parking was great.
Negative: No coffee. Was 6 am and couldn't get coffee till 7. Huge line of people waiting. I ended up skipping my morning coffee and breakfast for my 7 hour drive home. Most hotels have a Continental breakfast. But all hotels but this one have coffee ready in the morning.

Positive: The lobby, rooms, restaurant as great. The temperature in the room around 2 am would get very warm even when we lowered the temperature on the thermostat. That was our only issue. Not great for sleeping.

Negative: No microwave shampoo and lotion smell manly really should have a pool when you bring it up it shows the pools. usually I don't use them but I had my granddaughter with me. I love staying here but I would of booked one with pool for her.
