Summary: The hotel is nice and convenient to event we were attending in Milwaukee. I made reservations almost a YEAR in advance. But at 3:00 the day of the arrival, the hotel tried to cancel my reservation because they had a "weather event". But what really happened is they were over booked and tried to give away our room. After 15 minutes on the phone, they "found" a room for us and it all went as planned but this was not called for.

Summary: Bed was very comfy. Food options on site are limited. We did find places to eat nearby though. Overall it was an okay stay. I would stay there again.

Summary: The customer service at check in was quick, however they did not explain the breakfast or tell us about the dining option. There was nothing in the room, no menu or hotel information. The ice machine was broken and I couldn’t find another one. That’s all kind of minor stuff. The room was beautiful and clean. No issues. Everyone was nice and friendly. I would stay here again, would just ask more information during check in next time.

Summary: The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The pool was nice and had comfortable chairs for lounging. The breakfast could be better. We paid for it at check-in and were given tickets, but no one ever collected them. While it was only $7 per person, it was on par with what other hotels offer for free with room rental.

Summary: The pillows had a smoky scent as if someone had smoked ciggarettes. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the restroom. The food prices for the quality of the food was terrible. We were also denied a late check out.
