Summary: The service is what sets this hotel apart from any other. The staff can’t do enough for you and everyone is welcoming and friendly. The club deal was perfect for us. Absolutely superb stay.

Summary: A little further from tourist attractions than I would’ve liked but not too bad. Was a fairly unremarkable stay, everything was fine but nothing really wowed me. Desk staff seemed fairly disinterested and as an aside, someone went to the desk speaking Portuguese and they responded in English that nobody at the desk actually speaks Portuguese (in a Portuguese hotel). Strange but didn’t affect me as I’m an English speaker just through it was interesting.
