Summary: Sheraton staffs are very nice. Breakfast has so many choices . The view of Sakura island is amazing . Room amis very comfortable .We lost passport in the hotel , the hotel contacted us right away. Really appreciated their help . I would like to stay here again .

Summary: Karen on Concierge Desk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help reunite me with property I left at my previous hotel. The manager in the Daily Social Restaurant was particularly helpful in accommodating our vegan requirements. The staff are a credit to the Sheraton Kagoshima.

Summary: Not only is the hotel beautiful, well-equipped, and conveniently located, but the staff is the absolute best! Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and we enjoyed a fabulous view of Sakurajima. Highly recommended!
