Positive: Very modern facilities. Rooms are large and clean. Could accomodate a cot, unlike many Japanese hotels. Staff were very friendly.

Negative: A little further away from the town centre. Easy to get a tram in. However if you have a car they do have parking available at a cost.

Positive: What a fabulous place to stay with amazing staff, the hotel was very clean and in a great place over looking the volcano Sakurajima. We spent most evenings at the roof top bar over looking Kagoshima. We can not comment on the restaurant as we ate out every night as my wife is a vegetarian but the breakfast was lovely. The tram buses were directly outside the hotel which offered easy reach to everywhere. I would definitely stay here again and thank you for a wonderful stay.
