Positive: The location of the hotel is excellent! Just a short walk to access shopping and restaurants downtown. You could get an excellent view of the harbour. if that is what you selected. Just a short walk to the waterfront, too.

Negative: Parking was a bit of a hassle. I had to go see the front desk in person twice during my visit because the system wasn't letting me out of the parking lot.

Summary: It's a lovely hotel, well situated in the downtown area with great views and a friendly staff.

Positive: Location was great. Hotel was run well. We did have some problems at check in with requests we had made not being answered, but they fixed the issues for us.

Negative: Pillows were not amazing (rest of bed was!)

Summary: I'd stay again.

Positive: Very pleasant staff, nice room, enjoyed the swimming pool

Negative: The breakfast buffet was ok but a bit disappointing. Too much of the food was exposed (the fruit, cheese, cold meats) given that there were flies around. None of the items were replenished often enough. The scrambled egg was left to go hard and clumpy instead of being refreshed.

Summary: Satisfactory. Would stay again

Positive: The people in the hotel, all staff, were friendly helpful and accommodating! Beds are comfy. Location is ideal!

Negative: The breakfast buffet was the exact same every single day. It would have been nice to have more variety or options.
