Summary: Amazing staff that takes the time to help you , room clean good soundproofing and beds are super comfy, hotel has SAFE indoor parking ( be sure you park in the hotel area) for sure i will return

Summary: We arrived to the systems being down , couldn’t fully check in for an hour, they manually checked us it by walking us to our rooms . But we couldn’t go to our rooms or back up to our rooms with out a key card( which we couldn’t get because of the system being down. I was then notified that we couldn’t leave the parking garage unless we wanted to pay for a ticket since their system was down. So we missed a planned outing cause $40 ticket is ridiculous when I’m paying and the. Said they didn’t think they could comp it . After a couple hours of dicking around they figured most of it out , when I was checking in the right way they said parking would be complex for my two cars , mid weekend mutiple of us had to constantly call for service cause our parking passes QR codes wouldn’t work . At one point. I said there for 15 minutes running late to a baseball game and had no choice but to pay $37 to get out of parking cause they wouldn’t answer . Upon checking out I verified they would comp parking , and made sure they knew again that they said they would comp parking and verify they knew I had to pay at one point for a ticket . So I all together spend extra $100 roughly I shouldn’t have

Summary: Great hotel and amenities. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. Parking was easy to get to and not expensive at all ($18/day)

Summary: We stayed on one of the club floors. The club lounge was closed for the first two days, but they gave us breakfast in the restaurant and a free appetizer each in the bar. The front desk staff were very kind, and a special shoutout to the evening bartender at the lounge. The hotel connects to Jackson Square shopping mall, which is super convenient. Unfortunately there are quite a few homeless people camped out around that area but they didn’t seem to pester people. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Summary: Inside the hotel it is very nice and clean, our room had everything it needed and we were happy to see the housekeeper stopped by to make our beds and give us fresh towels. The only downside to staying here is the parking is tricky to find and in the garage it smelled like a dumpster. You have to go through the mall to get to the hotel from the parking garage and it didn’t feel that safe, it is not a super nice mall.
