Summary: Staying here almost a week enjoying the hospitality of Sheraton. A luxurious hotel offering fine rooms and a fantastic breakfast. We were lucky to have a park view room and enjoyed a taste of the dining the hotel had to offer as part of the tour group we traveled with. Have to mention the staff who go above and beyond to ensure your stay meets your expectations.

Summary: Easy check in and very friendly staff. Could have done with more tea bags and coffee. Having a bath in our bathroom it would have been nice to have bubble bath available. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Great location to explore from.

Summary: The staff was wonderful & pleasant. Unfortunately, our room was placed facing wall, hence, made the room extremely dark. I wouldn't have stayed in the room if we were not planning to spend the afternoon out. Not enough lights even to apply a simple make up. Very Unfortunate.
