Summary: Room was good, breakfast was okay. Two minor issues, not always someone on front desk, maybe they in back room, sometimes two people. Also requested luggage transport, never turned up. So carried my own bags and left trolley outside.

Summary: The stay here was great. The only negative thing about our stay was the original room we were first in. Check in was smooth and easy. Customer service was great. After a long drive we just wanted to relax and enoy the room. But the room had other plans. It was a very musty smell. As if someone left a wet rag sitting out for awhile. It was also very humid in the room as well. We called the front desk and they were immediately on it!!! They got me and my wife a new room in mins and apologize for the inconvenience. The service was beyond great anytime i requested something or had questions. The new room was clean, towels stacked and most importantly…DID NOT SMELL! We will definitely be staying again. We realize things like that happened from time to time and thanks for the quick response.

Summary: When I got in the room, the safe was locked and I couldn’t get into it. There is no alarm clock on the nightstand so I didn’t know what time it was when I woke up in the middle of the night. The dark curtains would not close all the way, so at night the lights from outside shine through .

Summary: Pillows way to soft, charged for parking, and the continental breakfast was a joke. I would have been better off going to Denny's for a better meal and a lot less expensive. I was thinking of staying there in October/November but I'm going to look for someplace else.
