Positive: I’ve never had a better sleep than in that bed. The styling of the room and entire motel is beautiful! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Negative: Another high protein, gluten free savoury option for breakfast. All I could have was the omelette (which was nice). Wouldn’t/couldn’t swap out the potatoes for more vegetables in the filling. Limited menu for those gluten free and also if dairy free or a low carb nutrition plan. Same limitation with buffet breakfast.

Summary: Couldn’t have been any better! Beautiful premises, comfortable bed, perfect location and great staff

Negative: No vacuuming and was advised none is done until day 3 but it was day 4 when I requested it vacuumed. Had to request for soap refill and extra tissue

Positive: The hotel was modern and very clean. Cordial staff. Nice pool facilities (not used).

Negative: Parking is only bad point. Expensive Valet or expensive street parking or parking garages a block away.

Positive: Valet parking was very easy. Check was quick and easy as well. The room was amazing. Restroom clean and elegant. The pool and jacuzzi were AMAZING. Also give complimentary water bottles.

Negative: The valet parking is just really expensive

Positive: We were led to believe that there was free breakfast on the website turns out there was not. We were not happy about that.

Negative: Cleanliness in the shower, there were blood stains on the shower wall.
