Summary: We were shocked to discover we were being charged $21.95 each for a basic self-serve continental breakfast—something we assumed was complimentary. No one attended to us, and when we went to leave, the guy clearing tables simply left a check for 5 buffet breakfasts at that outrageous price!! There was no signage indicating we would be charged for this low-quality food. The table was dirty, the offerings were typical buffet-style self serve scrambled eggs and pastries, and we could have walked across the street to Denny’s for far less—and better tasting. Completely overpriced and misleading.

Summary: While we were made aware that the hotel was under construction, we were told the pool would be open. Upon arrival we found it wasn’t! While not a concern for some, we booked it based on the pool for our kids and were really disappointed! However the staff was wonderful at the front desk!

We always love staying here when we attend concerts at Red Rocks Amphitheatre — the location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff always make us feel at home. A special shout-out to Gary, who went above and beyond to make our stay even better. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. We truly appreciate his help and wanted to give him the recognition he deserves. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
