Summary: Very pleased with my first stay a the Sheraton Cerritos Hotel. Loved that the check-out was 12pm and front desk was able to accommodate a late check out request. The facility was very clean and staff was friendly. Free parking and large parking lot was a huge plus. If I need a hotel in the area again will be staying here. Thanks.

Summary: They charged us for parking which was an unexpected extra $95. It is unclear that there is a charge for parking on this app ehich just says oarking is available. We used to love down the road and this area if town is wide open and suburban. There is no reason for this hotel to charge for their large open parking lot, so that part was disappointing. Otherwise it was nice/clean/safe/comfy as expected. One staff member did knock on our door one night in the middle of our stay to ask why we were still there and hadn’t checked out yet, but she seemed to have the wrong room.

Summary: I believe we were in an ADA unit. The restroom toilet was not clean. Shower flloor pan did not feel secure. No hanging space for long garments. No magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Outlets on the task table didnt seem to work.
