Positive: Stayed on the 12th floor and had a pretty awesome view of the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Cost was reasonable. Heated indoor pool.

Negative: The indoor pool closes at 10pm which is a little early for us. Our neighbor had the music blasting until 3 am

Summary: Was pleasant enough that we would come back and stay again

Negative: They had no walkin shower. Only a tub for handicap. The shower seat wads broken.

Positive: The rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was closed but the hotel accommodated the guests by giving them access to the Sheraton Club lounge. The staff were so polite and attentive.

Negative: There was some very visible water damage in the pool area that was a little concerning. The pool area, although indoors was pretty cold as was the water, but those are just personal preferences.
