Summary: Everything is always excellent—check-in, clean room, quiet, great bed linens, friendly staff, and we love that the fan can run all night to provide some white noise. This is the only hotel we stay at when we come to the twin cities.

Summary: The front desk service is OUTSTANDING!! We arrived Thanksgiving evening and she could not have been more helpful, cheerful and kind. This is why we keep Coming back. Dinner at Lela was marvellous thanks to manager Sammy. You were so wonderful getting us fed with a great meal selection before you closed for Thanksgiving.
