Positive: . Location very good. Nice view over golf course

Negative: The property needs more effort and some dollars spent on maintenance. Carpets, microwave, kettle, sink drain require a good clean. Dated furniture. External painting requires attention. Rotten wood evident in stairs framework and elsewhere. Property website well out of date - information not accurate.

Summary: Nice location. Some extra efforts need to bring up to par. Double bogey at the moment.
