Positive: Really lovely property. Very well stocked. Fresh bread was waiting for us on arrival. Dog friendly and nice pubs in the area.

Negative: We would have preferred an enclosed garden for the dog so he could run around

Positive: The owners, Maureen and Phil were extremely welcoming, helpful and left us a lovely welcome pack, which included Maureen's homemade bread and fresh butter to go with it. It was lovely to meet the dogs - 2 wire haired Hungarian Vizslas and also their lovely Bengal cat and look out of our door at the chickens happily wandering around in the garden. A lovely, well appointed and mostly very comfortable (see below) apartment, the bed was lovely and comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep every night. Would certainly highly recommend and we're definitely planning to visit again.

Negative: As I said above, the apartment is lovely, well appointed and mostly very comfortable. The bed settee in the living room has seen better days and isn't the most comfortable - but, believe me, I've seen/sat on a lot worse and the general quality and attention to detail throughout the apartment Almost made me not mention the settee at all. If this was addressed I seriously believe you'd have to go an awful long way to beat this property.

Summary: Excellent apartment, lovely location and wonderful hosts! Would highly recommend.

Positive: It is a very cosy place. Perfect for both a short or long stay. The owners are so lovely and helped us with getting into the property as well as had a nice chat a few times. They have amazing dogs who are supper friendly! All facilities are stocked amazingly as well as freshly made bread! I will 100% book this place again!
