Summary: We stayed here just one night whilst attending an event at dreamland. Only a 10 minute walk. Property was really comfortable. Jim the host was fantastic. He made us feel really at home. Showed us everything and the room was really lovely. Clean tidy. Really nice breakfast. Jim was so welcoming it felt almost like staying with family. We will definitely stay again.

Summary: I was greeted by Jim, who was a welcoming and very helpful host. I was upgraded to the cabin at the rear of the garden. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It came equipped with a large tv, fan (needed on a very hot day) and heater for the colder months. The only downside side was the toilet/shower was at the other end of the garden, which is okay in the hot weather but not so good if it is freezing cold or raining. Overall, I enjoyed the experience of staying in the room.

Summary: Clean room, my only complaint is that my bathroom was across the passage from my room (I was not aware of this in advance) and although I was told it was for my use only it was being used by other people on occasions when I tried to use it. Breakfast was ok, for the price it was good.

Summary: Good hotel, close to one of the beaches within a short walking distance and close to a Tesco for quick supplies if needed. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, I would definitely recommend.
