Negative: The fact we arrived and the property wasn't ready. Everything from the previous guests was lying around, beds not made, dog hairs and smell everywhere, bins full, dishwasher, dryer and washing machine full and the lack a basic clean before new guests arrive.

Positive: Location was great as was the cottage itself. Extremely well equipped.

Negative: We were very disappointed with the garden having chosen the cottage greatly motivated by the picture of a beautiful garden. It was a dead, dried out garden that had been overgrown before drying out.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, but the state of the garden definitely impacted on our pleasure.
