Positive: Felt very pampered with rooms kept spotless and continually replenished with towels etc even at turndown.

Negative: Felt feature curtains could have been full width of window rather than just looking at blackout curtains. WiFi poor in our room. Food could have been hotter.

Positive: Services including massages, spa and indoor pool Bar overlooking the falls is very comfortable, with excellent food and drinks. Stables restaurant was good Late check out enabled us to maximise our use of the facilities and enjoy the property.

Negative: Service was a bit slow in the bar. I will have to come back for a longer stay and a game of golf.
