Shearwater is a luxury yet homely retreat by the beach. The house has all the creature comforts you will need for your time away and has the option to create single or king beds, perfect for families or couples. It is set in a quiet neighbourhood across the road from the beautiful swimming beaches of Prevelly.

It is a perfect place for friends and families to entertain, relax on the couch with a good book or cook up a lovely meal in the fully equipped, recently renovated kitchen.

The living area is spacious and features a large screen TV which you can enjoy on the very comfortable lounge. Soaking in the warmth of the toasty fire in the cooler months, which will be set up to use on your arrival with wood supplied.

The living space then flows out to the north facing alfresco area which is a entertainers dream with BBQ, heater, spacious lounge and dining. Fruit trees are scattered throughout the native garden and the lawn area is the perfect spot for kids to play. There is also a outdoor shower to wash away the sandy beach days.

Suitable for couples or families. This property offers three large bedrooms that have king beds in each room which can be changed into single beds, all prepared with clean crisp linens. The master room has a private ensuite and there is a lovely large second bathroom with bath, separate WC and laundry.

Shearwater is professionally cleaned between each stay with fresh white linens and towels provided on all beds.

The White Elephant Café is a 10 min walk along the beach path and is nestled above a protected swimming beach, lovely spot for coffee, breakfast or lunch.
Sea Gardens Café is in a perfect spot for breakfast, lunch or sunset dinner overlooking the ocean.
The Common Bistro/Bar is located in Gnarabup, a 2 min drive and is a great family friendly bar/restaurant with views of the sunset, nice cocktails, beer on tap, good wine list and a fabulous nature playground for the kids.
Surfers Point is a nice spot to sit on the grass before sunset with a hamper/cheese platter and bottle of Margaret River wine. The Hooked up Fish and Chip van is there in the busier periods and weekends. See their website for opening times.
