Positive: Great Hotel - really clean and comfortable - staff were lovely everyplace - food in the gastro bar was especially good.

Negative: Breakfast, while it was very good and tasty, was a little bit TOO self-service. Slightly irksome when three breakfast staff members are hanging around at the desk chatting, but yet I have to serve myself coffee from a machine inside a different room.... Would have been preferable if at least the tea/coffee and toast was served by staff, then have everything else self-service??
