You may just experience the sense of being in Shangri La, in this remodeled second level condo located in a private, gated community between Santa Cruz and Monterey, overlooking an immaculate beach. Its southern exposure provides natural light and warmth year round.
The second floor allows full enjoyment, with no obstruction from dunes or grasses, as with some units. Pelican 37’s deck is more forward, affording privacy from the neighboring units, which are recessed to our right and left, and allowing views of both sunrise AND sunset. Because the condo's location is at the end of the Point, the beach is often without another person in sight, except for early morning walkers.
Relaxing and restful, the condo is perfect for those wanting to ‘get away from it all’. Tennis courts, basketball, sand volleyball and a remarkable Bird Sanctuary are available within the gated community.
Step onto the deck to enjoy the sounds of crashing waves or view the spectacular sunrises or sunsets. Better yet, put your feet up on the double recliner and enjoy the view from the comfort of the great room.

Summary: Would highly recommended this place for any trip! We have been going to Pajaro Dunes for the last 5+ years and this time around we took our 4 month old with us. It’s such a beautiful, peaceful place and you get the best view with this property! My family and I will definitely be staying here again! Property manager is very sweet and responsive!

Summary: From the moment I walked in and saw the incredible views in the living room, my perfect week was set. Everything was very clean and in great shape. Lots of little extras that I really appreciated. The kitchen had everything I needed and more. The bed was super comfortable. The location and view can't be beat. Jane, the host, provided great informatikon and responded quickly. This is my new favorite Pajaro Dunes condo.

Summary: Came for our twentieth anniversary, and everything was absolutely perfect. Beautiful view and sound of waves and Monterey Bay. You never really need to go anywhere because you are at the beach while you’re sitting on the back deck or even on the couch. Quiet , peaceful stay. Owner is so kind and helpful. Condo is very clean and well-equipped with necessaries. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We love this place.
