Summary: Incredibly attentive staff, super friendly and helpful. We had a gorgeous view of the opera house and circular quay. The room was very clean and the bed was like sleeping on clouds. We’ll definitely be back.

Summary: Excellent location. Reception staff very helpful but lacked local information which would have been of help i.e short cuts to the piers. Clean all over the hotel but house keeping lacking in our room, i.e not clean the first day. Furing stay, cutlery and linen napkin and glass wasn't taken away to be cleaned until a day later.

Summary: Fantastic property. Great views over the harbour if you choose rooms on that side. There is a ledge that you can sit on & sit & enjoy the views or sit & read. Staff were very polite & professional. Room size was very generous & especially liked the bed & bedding. It was a very comfortable sleep. Highly recommend.

Summary: Unbelievably great! Easily the slickest check in experience with helpful, intelligent and efficient staff. Room is amazing, topped off only by the views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House. Room service laksa was ridiculously good, and I have a Malaysian background. Worth every cent and then some. Just do it.

Summary: Our Exec Opera house city king room was nice and large with a great view over the Harbour with a generous bathroom with walk-in shower and full bath. The staff are friendly and very helpful with planning our visit to Sydney and The Rocks. Check in was a breeze but the lifts were very crowded with long waits over the holiday weekend. Altitude restaurant serves lovely dishes with an exceptional view. You can grab a quick coffee and bite to eat at the Lobby lounge or a full breakfast at their Cafe Mix before heading out to explore the waterfront,the opera house, city or parks.
