Summary: Hi Team Shangri-La, We had a fantastic day and a very enjoyable stay. From arrival, the experience was excellent. Concierge greeted us straight from our Uber and assisted with our bags, and check-in was handled brilliantly. We were able to check in early, and our luggage was already in the room before we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. We stayed in Room 2612, and the harbour views were absolutely lovely. We also spoke with in-room dining. There was a small hiccup with one snack, however the bill was quickly adjusted to reflect this. Everything else we ordered was quite good, and the matter was handled promptly and professionally. Overall, it was a really positive experience and a credit to your team. Please pass on our thanks.
