Summary: Perfect hotel in Surabaya the pool is excellent. The room was spacious and spotless. The staff we incredibly helpful. When checking in I mentioned we were gp9ng to Mt Bromo and the amazing staff member gave us hand warmers to keep warm. Small touches like this Mae a huge difference. Wpuld stay here again in a heartbeat beat. Have bot stayed at Shangra La before but because of this hotel wpukd do so in the future.

Summary: For my first stay in Surabaya, choosing Shangri-La Surabaya was absolutely the right decision. The room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The lounge had a wonderful atmosphere, and the warm hospitality from the friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to especially mention the lovely female staff member who assisted me during both check-in and check-out — her service was truly outstanding. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit to Surabaya. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality.

Summary: The hotel and staff were awesome. In some areas only gave a 4 star rating because our room smell wasn't good. I'm not sure if it was only our room though. Maybe should have asked for a different room. Maybe it was because of the humidity. But very strong unpleasant smell.
