Positive: Everything! Starting from the friendliness of the staff, to the great posh set up of the lobby, the well maintained rooms and impeccable views that the room offers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shangri-La Putian and the breakfast selection was a huge plus for us too! A great plus that it is overlooking an historical bridge from the Song Dynasty.
