Summary: Friendly and service at it best as usual. Searching for available car park lot can take a bit of time, but this is kind of normal for Kuala Lumpur isn’t it. Overage high recommending this hotel to everyone visiting KL.

Summary: Wonderful stay, staff was so accommodating and friendly. I fell sick during the stay and the Manager was at hand to provide comfort and helped to call a doctor. The food is fabuloud and staff at the club was amazing Enjoyed my stay here.

Summary: We were a bit dissappointed by the Shangri la in KL. The hotel did not get the rooms correct to start with, breakfast was not included which we feel should've been. The breakfast was good but i dont like the staff touching your cutlery everytime they clear up. Check out was also a mess. Luggage was not bought down and we were airomatically checked out without receiving an invoice. The hotel is starting to be a little worn. People smoking in the corridors, and standard not 5 star. Not what it used to be. Still a good hotel but better more modern hotels probably are better alternatives now.

Summary: Amazing! The room I picked was spacious, the tent in the front room helped my daughter sleep well. They even gave slippers for my 2 yr old daughter which was a nice touch. Electric blinds in the main bedroom and fruit bowl as conplimentary on arrival.

Summary: Stayed in Room 2722 (Business Suite) on 21 June 2025 — extremely spacious, spotless, and impeccably maintained. A true 5-star experience. Check-in by Shermin was smooth and professional; she was warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. High tea was outstanding — far better than Hilton KL — with exceptional service from friendly, attentive staff. Huge compliments to Vicky, who once again went above and beyond. He remembered my pillow preferences and even sent four extra bottles of water without me requesting — an incredible touch showing true dedication to guest comfort. Special mention to Alice at Shang Palace — exceptional service without pushing upsells, attentive and knowledgeable, making the dining experience very enjoyable. Regret not having the bird’s nest available as it requires 24-hour advance booking. Check-out was fast and seamless. Breakfast was delicious, with a special mention for the sausages at Lemon Garden — presumably homemade — which, to date, I’ve only seen at Shangri-La. A rare standout in hotel dining! Swimming pool is small but clean and functional — ideal for a quick dip. Overall, this stay exceeded all expectations. From front office to housekeeping, every staff member delivered excellence. Special compliments to Sheila from the call center and Mia from reservations — both were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive. Highly commendable team. Shangri-La truly remains a benchmark for world-class hospitality.
