Summary: This place is enormous and very quaint I wasn’t aware that it was a duplex but once inside it no longer mattered this home is basically 5 stories it’s crazy but absolutely awesome, might be a little haunted though cuz 3 out of 4 of us experienced someone/thing tapping on bedroom window and back door. Other than that it was perfect

Summary: We rented house for 3 days. We came to Spokane with our amateur boxers for a show. The house was big enough for 10 of us and there was plenty for the boys to do while we were at the house allowing us to rest. It was a great weekend!

Summary: Great location, close to lots of amenities. Very comfortable and well stocked. The Milo level lay out worked well for 7 adults. The patio is a nice spot to visit and hangout. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This was our first time getting a VRBO. I was a little unsure on the whole process. I might have sent a lot of emails, because I wasn't sure on the Do's and Don'ts. Overall, I was reassured with emails, owner was very helpful, and we now have a place to stay in the future. We all had a great time and enjoyed that everything was provided. Everybody loved the place and asked about getting it in the future. I will definitely recommend to parents and family.

Summary: Check in a breeze!! Amazing space with room for everyone, especially when everyone has their favorite football team to watch. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the outdoor sitting area was wonderful and quiet to relax. Host is helpful, quick to respond with questions and fantastic to work with. Highly recommend this place!!
