Summary: We love the Shangri-La brand but were disappointed with several aspects of our visit to Guilin. 1) The pool was closed for maintenance. If we had known ahead of time, we wouldn’t have booked. 2) No bathroom scales. 3) very few outlets and ancient tech support. 4) The facility is showing its age. TV old and small. Staff, however, was superb!
