Positive: Beautiful room, beautiful beach, caring and very attentive staff that is always one step ahead. Thank you to Bless for her warm and special welcome ! Great facilities (pool and gaming room, fitness center, gorgeous spa). Very luxurious environment. We had a private dining moment as well with such a kind and caring staff (big thanks to William).

Negative: We did not expect to have that many weddings during our stay (5 days, 3 weddings) which were loud, with the wedding guests not respecting sleeping times, and for our last night even though we were in the Rima restaurant far away from the wedding reception, the music was so loud, we couldn't hear the restaurant music anymore. We also noticed that some hotel guests were not very respectful and although the staff is very kind, they did not dare to ask clients to respect (children walking with their shoes all over the pool table for instance). Finally, although the restaurants (Rima and Sirena) were very good, we felt that the dishes on the morning breakfast were too greasy and salty. Otherwise it was delicious (fresh fruit and a lot of choice).
