Summary: Great stay! The owners are great hosts and super friendly. It’s a very underrated property and I look forward to staying here again!

Summary: The room was dirty. Bathroom was not cleaned - pee stains on the toilet seat, used soap bar with hair in the shower, floor was clearly not vacuumed.

Summary: Room appeared to have been untouched in sometime and could have used a cleaning. Rest of the house did not feel inviting or welcoming. While I can acknowledge recent renovations everything was still in disarray weeks after the renovations and it just didn’t feel like a vacation away. Breakfast options were not much and it was very cold in the dining room - not really any enjoyable meal. The pictures and prior reviews I did feel were somewhat misleading. The host was courteous but I would not return again.

Summary: Room was clean and cozy, bathroom was very nice with heated floors. Comfy bed. Brendan was awesome! Very charming, would definitely stay again.

Summary: The room was nice and cozy. We had everything we needed. There were waters waiting for and Brandon had an ice bucket and wine glass ready for our cocktails. The breakfast room was delicious breakfast goods 24/7.

Summary: Shadowcrest is a gem and instantly felt like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was amazing, and Brendan is extremely charming, informative and hospitable. Will absolutely be staying again and again!

Summary: The Shadowcrest was a delightful, quiet and wonderful stay. Brendan is an amazing host. Friendly, helpful, gracious and one of the best we have come across. The room was a combination of old style Victorian and modern. On a very quiet street. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Loved everything about my stay! Room was wonderful and the bed was heavenly! House decorated & furnished beautifully! The porch was so comfortable & cozy! Sitting out there was so peaceful & serene!! Brenden was fantastic!! Would highly recommend staying at Shadowcrest!!
