Positive: A Hidden Gem – Far Beyond Expectations! This hotel completely exceeded our expectations! Officially rated three stars, I would easily give it 4.5 stars—better than many Radisson or Marriott properties we’ve stayed at. The staff mentioned they can’t add extra stars because there’s no pool, but honestly, who needs one when you have the stunning Red Sea right at your doorstep? Everything about this place is impressive: the cleanliness, the rooms, the décor, and the thoughtful touches throughout. It truly feels more luxurious than many higher-rated hotels we’ve visited. The food was also very good. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a memorable stay by the Red Sea—an absolute gem that surprises in every way!

Positive: The hotel is lovely and modern with a seafront location that is absolutely amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Negative: The mattresses are hard and I didn't get a full night's sleep during my stay. The restaurant food is really good but overpriced.

Positive: Location, parking, excellent breakfast, good and comfortable room, very nice restaurant staff.

Negative: Way too expensive for the hotel level and atmosphere, staff (except restaurant and one guard) not so friendly (cold at best throughout), receptionist cannot speak any English. Slow check out as they claimed that one bath robe was missing from the room. I suggested that they search my bags and car but they let me go without such a search. Thank you for that.

Positive: It must be the best hotel at Duba. Anyone who wants to visit NEOM, should only chose this hotel. No need to stay at Tabuk or Sharma.

Negative: Everything was very good

Positive: Very nice personnel, they spoke excellent English. Room was small, no view, which we expected to be at a beach site.

Negative: We don't recommend the hotel, because it is overpriced. In Duba there is nothing to do for a tourist. It is absolutely not worth to go there. The hotel is for the city to be in totally overpriced (compared for example with Tabuk, where you pay a third of the price for the same level)

Summary: Boring city - not a nice beach - overpriced
