Positive: Location was beautiful, as in right on the water. Not walking distance to anything though and no tuk-tuk transport. A good centre point for all the must see locations.

Negative: Staff were friendly but seemed like they didn’t really know what they were doing a lot of the time.

Positive: Ocean views, flower gardens and swimming with the turtles!

Negative: I had guaranteed reservations for an ocean view suite. They told me it was already being occupied! They initially put us in a room with no ocean view and a view of a wall. I told them it was unacceptable. So they moved us to a room in which you couldn’t lock the door! The next day they moved us to another room. It had beautiful views, smaller square footage than the suite and infested with ants! The free morning breakfast was super delicious when they had food on hand! Many times they were out of ham and bacon! One day they had to shut down the kitchen for 9 hours because the grill broke down. We had to order delivery outside the resort! You better love bats because they will join you at supper; one pooped on my brother’s shirt while eating! The personal is very friendly accept the manager. She has an attitude problem!

Positive: what really catches my attention was the landscape garden and plants that climbed on the building's walls. the little details like the old bicycle and swings and cozy chairs were amazing as they complement the scenery of the beach.

Negative: the soap and shampoo were not refilled. some items lacking like a sachet of coffee and the water were not refilled. this would reflect the resort's readiness and hospitality in general. nevertheless the food was good as it would be ideal to foreign guests that me and my wife also love.

Summary: it was relaxing and recuperating especially for me and my wife as work normally with CST timezone. overall, our stay was

The location is perfect, and the staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, especially when my brother had a slight issue—they handled it with care and professionalism. The food was delicious, and we really appreciated the free access to amenities like the kayak, snorkel gear, and the recreation area—definitely a bonus! The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The landscaping is also beautiful and adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Everything listed in their property listing is accurate. It’s truly a great getaway spot in the South and has become our new family favorite!

Positive: The members of the staff were so helpful and accommodating. They were all very well trained.

Negative: The entrance to the resort is too steel. Quite dangerous if you are not an expert driver. This needs to be addressed.

Positive: By far the best resort I’ve been to in the south of cebu! The room was spacious, clean & super aesthetic. AC is good, super fast wifi, and delicious food. The view is also amazing! Woke up early to see the sunrise and it did not disappoint. The calm and serenity that you will feel about this place makes you not want to leave.

Negative: The shore is not sand but it’s nothing compared to how good this resort is. And I think the price is just worth it.
