Positive: The landscaping was beautiful and well cared for. The pool was good sized. There’s a games room - pool table and foosball - which was great. If you’re lucky during your stay, the coconut bar is a great treat. They have coconut trees and if the coconuts are ripe, you get to have them cut up for you to drink and eat. The beach front is good, though rocky but that’s just the way it is in the area. The restaurant view of the ocean is beautiful especially with the swings there. Wifi is strong which is good because there’s no Globe/Smart signal on the property. Also, just a note that there was no hand towel or bar of soap provided in the bathroom sink to wash and dry your hands with. You will need to go in the shower to get liquid soap to wash your hands with and use the bath towel to dry your hands.
Negative: Nothing to fault about the property - the photos online don’t do it justice. It’s just that there is absolutely no reception for the TV to work. You would need a USB to connect to the TV to watch anything on it. It was not a deal breaker for us.
Summary: It was a great stay and we would definitely come back.

Positive: Location was beautiful, as in right on the water. Not walking distance to anything though and no tuk-tuk transport. A good centre point for all the must see locations.
Negative: Staff were friendly but seemed like they didn’t really know what they were doing a lot of the time.

Positive: Ocean views, flower gardens and swimming with the turtles!
Negative: I had guaranteed reservations for an ocean view suite. They told me it was already being occupied! They initially put us in a room with no ocean view and a view of a wall. I told them it was unacceptable. So they moved us to a room in which you couldn’t lock the door! The next day they moved us to another room. It had beautiful views, smaller square footage than the suite and infested with ants! The free morning breakfast was super delicious when they had food on hand! Many times they were out of ham and bacon! One day they had to shut down the kitchen for 9 hours because the grill broke down. We had to order delivery outside the resort! You better love bats because they will join you at supper; one pooped on my brother’s shirt while eating! The personal is very friendly accept the manager. She has an attitude problem!

Positive: what really catches my attention was the landscape garden and plants that climbed on the building's walls. the little details like the old bicycle and swings and cozy chairs were amazing as they complement the scenery of the beach.
Negative: the soap and shampoo were not refilled. some items lacking like a sachet of coffee and the water were not refilled. this would reflect the resort's readiness and hospitality in general. nevertheless the food was good as it would be ideal to foreign guests that me and my wife also love.
Summary: it was relaxing and recuperating especially for me and my wife as work normally with CST timezone. overall, our stay was
