Negative: Very noisy fan in the room. But it was possible to turn it off/down

Positive: Comfortable bed and well sound proofed room. We had breakfast which was good value at 15 euros. The supermarket next door is very convenient and large, and has a restaurant / bar for breakfast.

Negative: The location is OK but if I visit Bergamo again I’ll stay in the centre. The trains are currently not running so there were replacement buses and with the walk it takes a good 45 mins at least to the main station. It’s a bit of a no-mans land, not very close to the centre but still built up so not in countryside either.

Summary: Comfortable, quiet stay, a little off the beaten track.

Positive: The vibe of property is very good!

Negative: It was cold in the room and at the bar down at the reception! They didn’t provide any help about it! Rooms are little old ! They didn’t provide umbrella, they said we have only for sales !

Positive: The staff could not have been more helpful - very friendly and approachable Hotel decor was beautiful with art and furniture thoughtfully placed throughout The pool and surrounding areas were immaculate and sunbeds (and towels) readily available Food at the pool bar was plentiful and delicious Transfers to and from airport were excellent as was the driver who was just lovely! Rooms were clean and modern and comfortable beds

Negative: Nothing I can think of!

Summary: 100% recommend. Fab location, close to transport links, excellent staff, beautiful decor, immaculate
