Positive: Lovely, peaceful hotel, great staff. It felt like there weren’t many people there but I think it was fully booked. We got upgraded to sea view rooms which was nice. The staff were all really helpful and nice. The pool was very quiet, always loads of beds available at all times of day. We were with a 13 and 15 year old for a short 4 day break. Not much around, we visited some local beaches and strolled along the coast into the old town each evening. But really nice for a peaceful break.
Negative: The breakfast was nice but could have been better.
Summary: Perfect for a short, peaceful getaway.

Positive: The hotel was good, it has good spa facilities. The room was very spacious. The location is really good. Just 10 mins walk from Ciutadella town centre.
Negative: They charge for parking. Parking garage is beneath the hotel and entry and exit is quite narrow. It is a very big garage and the room prices are quite high compared to others so don’t think they should be charging extra for parking.
Summary: It was good.
