Summary: We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this property in the future.

Summary: Location is easy access to beautiful beaches and activities and shops in Dennis, Brewster and Barnstable. Very Family friendly.

Summary: We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. I stayed in the Nantucket, my daughter and her fiancé/husband stayed in the Martha’s Vineyard and my father was in Bourne. Phil was the perfect host. He was so accommodating and the atmosphere was quintessential Cape Cod. I would definitely return!

Summary: We’ve been to the Cape many times over the past 20 years. The Sesuit Harbor House was conveniently located off Route 6a, but it was very quiet; you couldn’t hear the traffic at all. Phil and his staff are very attentive and friendly; the continental breakfast in a basket every morning (with local treats) was perfect! We will come back and hopefully with more family members. It was 10/10!

Summary: The place smelled very clean upon our arrival and was gernally quiet overall. We stayed during inclement weather so it’s hard to say what the atmosphere would be like if it were nice. The goats were adorable in the back. Wall outlets need placement -couldn’t hold our plugs for anything in the room (bathroom one did luckily) so that was a bit challenging. The shower is a stand up small stall style and if you’re taller than 6’ you’ll need to crouch. Some room updates could be done. Continental breakfast was available, but they were out of the main option of overnight oats upon our arrival at 8:00 so get there early. Overall it was fine for sleeping and we have enjoyed our time on the cape.

Summary: Sesuit house was recommended by a friend, and as someone who doesn’t typically stay in a “motel style” hotel- what a pleasant surprise! Staff was great, allowed for early check-in and provided little things we asked for. The property is really cute and well maintained. Perfect for littles with yard games, soccer nets, pool and even some goats! Continental was available in customized picnic baskets. Nice fire pit with adirondacks to hang out in the evening. Will return for sure!

Summary: Phil’s property is immaculate and the rooms are very clean and will all required amenities. Phil’s hospitality is also top notch and it will be my place to stay in my future cape cod visits!!
