Positive: The hotel is located close to the shopping mall, bus stop and park, spacious, comfortable room and bathroom.

Negative: I got quite an unpleasant surprise when we booked out and discovered that the quoted amount for the stay paid upfront through Booking. com, weren't the actual cost and that I still had to pay an additional +-300 euros for the 13 nights. Apparently, the rate changes from day to day, according to the room demand and whether it is the weekend. Would be nice if they could quote the actual cost, so there are no nasty surprises afterward..
