Negative: Bed linen with visible signs of wear, lack of a window you can open, air conditioning that blows directly into your head if you have work to do at the office.

Positive: Very nice room and comfy beds and pillows. Nice to have a coffee machine and kettle in the room...Location is perfect. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Negative: For a Hotel of that standard, paper cups are NOT good enough. We did not have proper glasses in the bathroom, or cups for the tea and coffee. The shower was not very clean at the bottom edges/joints... could have done with some bleach...
