Summary: I would give my stay there a poor rating, although the staff was excellent. I made a few friends there. Patrick, the driver, is very kind and helpful; there was Donald also the door keeper and helper; Reginald, the server and others. Also the food was excellent. However, my 104 room had a broken chair, you couldn't lock the bathroom door, the AC thermostat didn't work, you could see the wear and tear of the furniture, etc. I did sleep well, but for almost 200 dollars a night room, they can do a better job.
