Positive: The remoteness of the place

Negative: It was very hard to get there. But we reached. The day for which I booked I could not access the room because of some issues in there. But no one called me to let me know before I reached. I waited for some 2 hours and then they told me they are cancelling it. I had to look for another stay and paid additional and they moved my stay there by 1 day. But the following day, the room was still not ready on my arrival and I had to wait further. Now the parking slot allocated to me was already taken. I told the host that I am taking the adjacent one and she said great. But the following day I got some nasty note on my car telling me that was not my parking. This spoiled the whole stay. Note: I was offered a free breakfast because of the cancellation.

Summary: Environment is a plus but I cannot say same for the organisation. Need some refining.

Positive: A) the staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful for any need. B) the position is very central in the island, you reach everywhere in max 55mins by car (but you need the car, otherwise look for something else). C) very modern apartment with great facilities (swimming pool, gym, etc).

Negative: A) the apartment could be cleaner (more accurate cleaning), and the cleaning service could be more frequently. To be honest, I didn't ask, I feel the staff would accommodate the need anyway. B) there are construction sites all around, so you don't really enjoy going for a walk. You need the car to be here.

Positive: The location was good , and the staff were always willing to assist.

Negative: The house could do with a good clean , leftover items from previous tenants were left throughout the house. As there is a lot of construction happening, more attention needs to be put in regularly cleaning the unit. Also the unit could do with some extra attention to make it look more homely. Some pictures and cushions could really elevate the unit. We got a very bare bones unit, nothing like the staged pictures we saw when we booked the unit.

Positive: I appreciate the kindness of the person who welcomed me and the organisation of the owner made for my breakfast is absolutely phenomenal and my best thanks to them and PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE YOUR MINDSET

Negative: my humble opinion is that : - the access from the parking to the appartement is a bit problematic, particularly when you've luggage and it's raining * an eventual solution is to cover a part of the first arrival parking before you get the information what's your parking number - other point is when you arrive at the gate, there's absolutely any information where you must be directed, and the guy who's there at the gate, is not so helpful * to add more signage panels to know where to park when you're inside the complex and didn't meet the person who welcomes you to hand over the keys - I'll finish for the moment with the lack of lighting on the outdoor grassy areas, specially when you reach there at night, and it's your first time staying 😉

Positive: It was nice when we got there but that about all , the hotel opened about six months ago and there was lots of teething problems , short of staffs , breakfast boring , same everyday .

Negative: There was a rat in the swimming pool , my granddaughter told and after that nobody would go into the pool
