Positive: Really great location. The beds and pillows were really soft and comfortable. Fridge and kitchen was nice with dishwasher. It was decorated nicely. The picnic area below was really cute and the lake was lovely to look at. Good for the price point. Overall it was good, and I was satisfied.

Negative: Not a 3 bedroom as bookings has it. It is a 2 bedroom with an office. 1 shower/1 bathtub. Also no closets (locked). Screens on windows and doors are missing and cobwebs everywhere outside so we couldn’t really enjoy the porch. They could put up some solid curtains for the office for privacy, and I think that would go a long way. Closets are locked so I think having some ikea type wardrobes for guests would be nice. We were there a while and the limited drawer space was insufficient. After being in Port Orford for a while I could see the cobweb challenge is a location issue but it would be nice to have a couple chairs for outside cleaned off for guests. Really needed undamaged screens because of the location.

Summary: It’s a lovely lake view, 2 1/2 bedroom, and good price point.

Positive: The location is amazing! We loved the view over the lake and the nice wrap around deck overlooking the water. The decor was fun with the beautiful agates everywhere. Loved the open floor plan. Was surface clean but needed a deep clean and new mattress pads.

Negative: They need new mattress pads as both beds had blood and other stains and we didn't get the requested new ones, so put blankets down over them and changed the sheets as the ones on my bed were not nice and tight and didn't look like they had been changed. The place was surface clean, but needed a good deep clean especially in the corners, inside of washer, and cabinets inside and out, and it would have been such a better view if the big windows had been clean. Also, there was a boil order for water which was inconvenient and would have been nice to know ahead of time. And from the looks of the paper on the fridge, it seems like it's been an ongoing problem for some time... This could be a really great stay if they would take care of those few things!

Positive: This place was great ! Amazing view of the lake! It was very clean . Quiet and peaceful nice little get away place.

Negative: The one and only thing that I didn't like were the beds they were very very soft . I like a somewhat firmness. I ended up sleeping on couch.
