Positive: Loved the apartment. Spacious, homely, comfortable, clean, secure, well-equipped, and very central. Given the location - and depending on how much of a light sleeper you are - you might have to deal with street noise until late. Having said that, my teenage son didn't hear a thing and slept like a log, but if you're a light sleeper, I recommend you bring a set of earplugs along. It's a very minor niggle, and I would rebook in a heartbeat.

Positive: The flat was lovely and quiet. We were surprised how quiet it was for the area. The rooms and kitchen were lovely and the beds were super comfy. It was great having off street parking.

Negative: There was only one set of keys which we had to share. This got tricky with many security gates etc. We had to make an appointment for check in. Charisma was great when we met her, but I prefer being able to access a lobby or a lock box so that you don't have to make a specific appointment.

Summary: Lovely quiet and comfortable flat in a great area.

From the start, the communication was excellent, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions on how to get there, access the apartment, and obtain a parking pass. The apartment itself has been recently renovated to a very high, modern standard and offers a stunning view. Everything was impeccably clean, with brand-new furniture that made our stay even more comfortable. The master bedroom mattress was incredibly cozy—one of the best we've slept on! We highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future.
