Summary: Perfect space for me to spend a couple of days in the area to watch my son play baseball at Chain of the Lakes (10 minute drive). Gladys, the host, was fantastic and communicated everything I needed to know about her place. Thank you!

Summary: The place to stay was fine, but there were no instructions or helpful information about common questions like how to get additioal towels, , what if any room servicing would be provided, what is available on the limited tv apps (e.g. no sports),etc.

Summary: This was a nice place to homebase out of while in Florida. The central location allowed us to explore several regions of the central Florida area. The unit was clean and the location was quiet.

Summary: The owners have clearly tried to make the place comfortable but for us, it didn’t work well as we hoped. Inside, the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped although we didn’t do any cooking. The living room space is tiny. The bed is a queen which felt very small for us. The bathroom has a standalone tub w shower which looks charming but it was difficult for me to get in and out of. As far as cleanliness, the floor wasn’t clean. Finally I didn’t like the neighborhood. Several untidy homes with trash on the front yard. It was not worth a walk, even to the lake, where there was lots of trash thrown about. We had a few issues with the electricity; the owners responded fairly quickly.

Summary: This was perfect for our stay in Winter Haven before we boarded for our cruise. We had family about 7 miles away and spend most of our short stay there. But this was perfect for what we needed.

Summary: This place has everything you could possibly need. It is super clean, super cute and modern. This was my second time staying here and I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The property was a set of 4 small units. I didn’t realize we were upstairs, but it was fine. The place was clean and cool. It’s a small space, perfect for the three of us. I wouldn’t recommend anymore than a family of 3. The stairs and the high claw-foot tub could be an issue for those with accessibility issues. It’s a decent location to Legoland. It took about 15-20 minutes one way. Walk to Tom’s Diner 4 doors down for a great breakfast! Would stay again.

Summary: Perfect sized space for 2. Bed was comfortable and nice bathroom/ shower. Nice little kitchen. Safe feeling neighborhood. No complaints! We will be back!
