Positive: Wow, what a cool little island. 20min boat from Vuda marina. Staff were amazing, lots of activities going on. Turtles, snorkeling, sunsets, ocean views, sandy beaches, palm trees, drinks/food. Should have stayed longer.

Negative: Cost of boat to & from island needs to be factored in.

Positive: The staff at this resort truely make it so special. We absolutely loved our time here, peaceful and relaxing, just what we were after. A lovely vibe, great snorkelling straight off the beach, food was good, and overall a lovely holiday

Negative: Food prices were high, understandable considering it is an island. I think if you were staying a long time the food options could get repetitive, didn’t really bother us though as we were there for 4 nights.

Positive: El personal i el manager that stay in the Hotel very friendly and very good service. Perfect people!!!

Negative: In our opinion, the hotel is located on one of Fiji's most beautiful islands. It's a hotel with a lot of potential, but to be in line with the price, it needs a good amount of maintenance. The current state of neglect is unacceptable: broken faucets, bathrooms by the pool that are pathetic, and a boutique with only a few items (it would be better not to have one at all). As for the staff, they were wonderful—all incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to lend a hand to ensure a pleasant stay. The special transport airport to Sereniti at 21,00h at 585 FD extra is very very expensive for this arrive time. Remenber that paid another 580FD for normal transfer for the boat. Taxi transfer is OK .

Summary: Perfect and fantastic island and resort but Disastrous maintenance !!!!

Positive: We love the snorkeling. The water is crystal clear. We got to experience a shark encounter! The island is amazing. Small and a little jewel in the middle of the ocean. Our bure was amazing as it felt we were on a deserted island, with private deck and hammock. Beautiful view every day of the sunrise. Very relax resort where shoes are optional. The staff was nice and we loved the welcome song.

Negative: The food quality was medium. We actually got sick what is most likely from the water as I don’t believe food prep was done with drinkable water. The bathroom for the restaurant and pool are atrocious. Luckily our bure was near the restaurant.

Summary: We loved Serenity Island. Amazing spot and great staff.

Positive: HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you want to chill, relax, and learn about island culture. The team was friendly and accommodating. The welcome song, singing during dinner and farewell song, was enjoyably entertaining. The day activities performed by the team were educational and actually therapeutic. My only disappointment was the fish feeding being canceled due to weather Wifi was fast and reliable without any lagging. Our accommodation was clean, warm, and cozy. Also included the comfort of Netflix and Prime TV. The a la carte cuisine was tasty and filling, and the serving size was large portions. The menu also offered a good variety of meals to choose from. Serenity is definitely the vibe you will feel.
