Positive: Location is superb, Bastille metro station is in a 3 minutes walk. Bike sharing station on the corner.
Negative: The bed is really cozy, well equipped flat.

Positive: This is my second time staying at this hotel, and for me it’s a really great location. Very atmospheric place, and I’d happily stay here again. On one hand, it works like a hotel with contactless check-in, which is really convenient, and on the other hand, it feels like an apartment with its own Parisian vibe. + not too far from the center
Negative: Everything suited me except for one issue — there seemed to be a drainage problem in the shower, so I had to shower very quickly to keep the water from overflowing outside the shower area. But overall, I have positive memories of this place and I guess I will stay there next time I’ll be in Paris

Positive: Location excellent for visiting Paris as a family, despite being on a busy street it was quiet in the apartment. Very clean and comfortable beds and helpful that there was an air conditioning unit in the apartment as well as a fan. Communication with owners/managers of the property helpful and easy to access despite being self service.
Negative: There seemed to be a problem with the lock, the door was not openable from the outside but we were not able to use the lock from inside for extra security. We received a prompt response that it would be addressed but this was not until after our stay had finished

Positive: Very spacious accommodation. Very good location and there was a metro near by. Felt very safe inside the accommodation.
Negative: The WiFi didn’t work for the first night but as soon as we contacted the owners they were able to sort it quickly. Another minor problem was the soap which wasn’t filled up for us but other than that we had fresh towels and were provided with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Negative: Cuando llegamos faltaban las fundas de las almohadas. Las pedimos por whatsapp al host y las fueron a cambiar mientras no estábamos. Hubiese sido bueno que nos avisen que iban a ingresar a la habitación. Mas allá de eso el departamento estaba bien ubicado, y limpio.

Positive: The location was fantastic. Right off the Place de la Bastille, it was a comfortable neighborhood where people live, not a touristy one, but also walking distance to the Place des Vosges in one direction, Gare de Lyon in the other, and a quick metro or bus ride to everywhere else. So many restaurants and shops for anything you could want, right there. The apartment itself was nicely decorated and comfortable, with a nice cross breeze to keep it pleasant even without AC. Big walk-in shower was nice. Two tv's. The only real problem I had was that I couldn't figure out the microwave and/or convection oven, but it was not their fault that it was unfamiliar to me. Small elevator, security doors, washing machine, just pretty much everything one would want in a Paris apartment.
Negative: A dish drying rack, a broom, kitchen towels, caulk at the base of the tile in the bathrooms needed - just suggestions. On a main street so it was a little loud outside on the weekends, just for information, and you do have to walk one flight of stairs (from the 4th to the 5th floor).
Summary: Wonderful place to stay.
