Welcome to your vacation home! The minute you walk through the doors of this beautiful 1800 sq. ft. bungalow, you can put down your bags and start to relax.
There are no stairs in this bungalow, so no work climbing up and down with heavy luggage - which is too much work when your are on vacation!
This home has everything you would need or want throughout your stay. Whether you begin in one of the 3 luxurious bedrooms for a rest, settle into the reclining couch to read a book, watch one of the many DVD options and Full upgraded TV package or immediately go for a swim in your private HEATED pool, you will feel the stress of your travels disappear.
We heat the pool to an above average warm 90-93F based on your preference. A heated pool is critical in Arizona from late September to May.
Follow up with a snack from the fully equipped kitchen or a quick game of foosball, there are endless activities to explore.
We have provided a binder with a few ideas of what to do and see in Surprise and the surrounding areas and there is also Wi-Fi should you want to do your own research. Once you have settled in, we are very centrally located and minutes away from all the hot spots of Surprise including shopping, the Spring Training Camp, the Wildlife World Zoo, Costco and more.
The house also includes the following features;

- Reverse Osmosis Water system through the kitchen tap and the water/ice maker in the fridge.
- Comfortable furnishings throughout including 5 recliners.
- Poker set and foosball table

There is a shopping complex within a 6 minute walking distance and a Costco a few blocks away. This complex includes; a spa, a nail salon, a french restaurant and bar, Basha's groceries, a gas station, a bank, Little Caesars, Jack in the Box and Subway.

There is plenty of shopping including the Anthem Outlet Mall, Arrowhead Mall, and Scottsdale to name a few.
There are also numerous waterparks in the area open during the hotter months and the Phoenix Zoo is approx 45 minutes away.
If you are looking for an adventure beyond Phoenix, you can drive to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Tombstone, Las Vegas, Flagstaff and many other locations.

Summary: Stayed at this property for 23 nights. Nice house in desirable neighborhood. Very responsive and helpful host. The house had all of the supplies needed for an extended stay, was clean, and its pool was heated constantly to a very comfortable temp. Highly recommend this place.

Summary: This was such a nice house, well furnished and stocked, and the pool was amazing. Many restaurants and shopping close by. The hosts were very responsive to questions and checked in to be sure everything was going well. The house felt like home away from home and would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This property was wonderful! The amenities were plentiful. We particularly enjoyed dips in the private, backyard pool each evening after enjoying baseball games at nearby Surprise Stadium. Plenty of eating and shopping places were nearby as well. We would definitely go back if we make future visits to the Surprise area.

Summary: Appreciate the honesty in the listing. It says it has a heated pool right in the listing name, and we trusted that to be true and it was, indeed, true. Family trip from IL, so we appreciated the outdoor, heated pool on our stay to AZ. The rest of the house was a great fit for us, and we enjoyed a relaxing stay. Made a ham in the kitchen one of the days and had everything we needed to do it. Home away from home for us and we appreciate you allowing us to stay in your home.

Summary: House was clean and cozy. Much nicer than the pictures show. High ceilings and really spacious rooms. The yard is super cute. Pool was clean and warm. The park is literally on the other side of the wall. Close to anything that may be needed. Plenty of extras in the kitchen and bathrooms

Summary: This home is furnished well and very clean. Everything works and everything we needed was present. Secure, two car, garage with garage door openers. Blenders Toasters Ovens Home security system Heated pool stove and ovens clothes washer and dryer. What was unexpectedly available was a lot of food that could be used, like cooking spices. The layout of the home also splits the common area away from the bedrooms well; which is great for people that awake and go to bed at differing times, so people aren't bother each other with different sleep habits. Can accommodate more people than the five we had staying there.

Summary: Great host with good communication. Great location off the 303 loop close to Costco and grocery stores. Check in and out was seamless. Nice pool and patio area is where we spent most of our time.
