Summary: We loved the location and convenience of this tiny, cute apartment to PNC music pavilion. It was clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood setting, yet close to our destination. We would recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet place to crash.

Summary: The description is a bit misleading. Although it's not totally false, it didn't include the fact that your stay would be in a garage attached to an occupied home. However, it's in a nice neighborhood & once inside, you would never know that you were in a garage. It reminded me of a studio apartment. It's very nice, cozy, & clean, the bed is super comfortable, but the couch is a tad bit uncomfortable. I didn't hear a lot of noise from the house, but I did hear some, mostly the very loud snoring, so apparently there is a bedroom above the garage. Overall, my stay was nice, but had I known in the beginning that it was an attached garage, I wouldn't have chosen it & I definitely could've lived without the snoring.

Summary: Rented the place close to university where daughter going to. In safe neighborhood, nice loft apartment with nice amenities . Truthfully I do avoid stairs but all were easy to navigate once adjusted to using them. They were not high steps and there were handicaps bars in certain areas. Will definitely stay again when coming back to Charlotte !!!!
