Positive: The Serene Naples stay was a beautiful property located close to everywhere you want to go. The place was hyper clean with a modern touch. Above all the host was incredible. We had a small emergency with out toddler locking himself in the room and the hosts came quickly to give us the key. They were so nice and pleasant with us the whole time. Thank you both!

Negative: Everyone was great, only one thing that took me by surprise at first. We had thought the whole property was ours. We only book properties that is entirely rented out, never a property attached to the owners. This booking uses the label "entire property is yours" usually indicating everything, which was thought was great cause the house looks big from outside. But when we got there we found out it was an efficiency on the side connected to the main house and was much smaller than expected. Despite this, we had a great time and the place was super great and the hosts were amazing. Maybe just mention on the description somewhere that it is an efficiency connected on the side.
