Summary: Good property and happy with the standards of cleanliness. Unfortunately the BBQ wasn't working properly (a note had been left on the fridge). So we only found out on arrival which was a pain because we had planned to have a BBQ on Saturday. This meant we had to use the oven. Again, this wasn't brilliant. There were no serving utensils in the kitchen which was a right pain in the proverbial. Not sure whether the steps of the deck at the front of the house are legal or safe. Very steep.

Summary: Suited a three generations family very well - great space and location. The main living area is upstairs and not so easy for the very elderly. Great place and we really enjoyed our stay

Summary: Great bach, very clean with everything you could need. Position is quick walk to the beach and the Queen Charlotte track. Nice views. Note: the property is set up like 2 apartments with external staircase only.

Summary: The house was very comfortable with lots of living space. It was located in a lovely temperate rainforest style garden. There was even a small creek in the garden. We were surrounded by birdsong and saw thrush, silvereyes and tui from the deck. We also had views of the water. Just gorgeous. We knew in advance that mobile coverage was unlikely. However my friend actually had vodephone reception upstairs in the house. (I had spark reception nearby at the foreshore.)
