Be prudently silent and discreet in this extremely quiet neighborhood. Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Any noise violation or disturbance will result in neighbors reporting to the city and calling the police. You will forfeit your deposit and be asked to leave the property immediately.
Security cameras - Exterior video camera on front porch tree focused on entry door and another on garage focused on driveway and fence gate. They are active all the time but record only when there is movement.

Summary: The house is beautiful! It's in a quiet neighborhood, and there was more than enough room for our group of 6. It would be a great house for any group trip. The house also had everything we needed. Sameer was a wonderful host, and he was available to make sure we didn't have any issues during our stay.
