Positive: The Staff and their service were great just like last 2 visits..

Negative: Food quality has been compromised a bit.. had some uncooked chicken at one instance and a chapati had green patches which made us feel its a fungus... but restaurent staff said it could be mint leaf marks... with which none of the family was agreeing.. but, I took all of them there because last 2 stays there was Great.. Chef back then was very good... Now it seems like they are compromising quality a bit for profitability

Summary: They have to go back to the standards which they used to practivce just a year ago...

Positive: Great stuff very helpful and friendly. Beutifull surawnings. Quite.

Negative: The bad was on a second floor and going to the bathroom at night was not fun. There was a clore tank just under the room door and the small was not nice. No balcony, not even a window to open.

Positive: The location is convenient. The pool looked nice although we didn’t use it. The staff is very helpful.

Negative: It is not 5 or 4 star quality at all. Right from the hot water quantity for the showers to the beds to the decor. We even had water leaking from the ceiling. A very expensive stay that gave poor value.

Summary: Not a 5 or 4 star quality. Poor value.

Positive: The room was absolutely lovely and with lots of space, almost more of an apartment other than room size. Breakfast and dinner are of good quality and really enjoyable. While the property is actually really good, the particular mention goes to the staff, which not only were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, but also welcomed us all together at the lobby at the time of checkout with an unexpected and unplanned cake as it was my birthday!

Negative: No negative comments to make

Positive: Breakfast was satisfactory . Can be better . Varieties too few for foreign guests. But Vineet, Vishnu , Akshay Albin , Joy tries their best to make things exceptional for us .
