Summary: This is a very nice, clean property in a great neighborhood. My friend and I especially liked the sitting area in the back yard. We were in town for a concert and the house is conveniently located close to Red Rocks. My only complaint is that there are no lamps in the house. Reading in in bed or watching TV with an overhead light is kind of obnoxious.
